Although the water tank located in congregados lost the old function, it will exist always as the new landmark with the new function that delivers people`s emotional messages to the others. Anyone who can use internet computer or cell phone can send a message to the tower. This is a real meaning of Public Square that is realized in the digital age. It will become digital playground for everyone as well as the symbol of Porto’s future.
